Our family had a nice time, especially enjoying the organized tours during our 3-night stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Ethnobotanical Gardens and nearby parks. The hotel's cozy atmosphere made us feel comfortable, though there was some noise from the open shaft which was a bit distracting. The room was clean, and the hot water for tea access was a thoughtful addition for our mornings.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was super spacious and clean, with a huge comfortable bed. The private courtyard was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing. However, the shower didn't have hot water in the evenings, which was kind of a bummer after a long day. The internal courtyard kept the place cool, and the location was really easy to walk around from. Breakfast was decent too!
